Dr. Neil Szeryk DC, NRCME

Dr. Neil Szeryk, DC, NRCME is a TDI-Certified Designated Doctor and Certified Medical Examiner with nearly three decades of clinical experience evaluating and caring for patients and injured workers.

Since beginning practice in 1998, Dr. Szeryk has built his career around detailed examinations, accurate documentation, and objective medical decision-making. For more than 10 years, he has performed Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations for commercial drivers and maintains longstanding relationships with professional drivers, transportation companies, and fleet organizations.

In addition to his work with commercial drivers, Dr. Szeryk has served as a Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) Certified Designated Doctor for nearly 10 years, providing independent medical evaluations in workers' compensation cases. His practice includes Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI) evaluations, Impairment Ratings (IR), return-to-work assessments, and evidence-based medical opinions.

Dr. Szeryk is recognized for his thorough approach, efficiency, and attention to detail. His evaluations are performed with a focus on accuracy, objectivity, and clear communication while maintaining a patient-centered experience.
